Ranch Country Outhouses provides expert diesel repair, diagnostics, and performance services for diesel-powered vehicles. All services are performed by appointment only at our shop in Bend, Oregon.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Appointments may require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable but may be applied toward your final service balance.
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit.
Payments are accepted via secure third-party platforms like Stripe and/or Square. Full payment is due at time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
- Comply with any pre- or post-service care instructions provided by our team
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our Service to:
- Submit false information or impersonate another individual
- Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other customers
- Attempt to damage or disable our website or booking system
